I would like to see a system whereby speed cameras take shots of people in their cars, and a random selection of thousands of these are put on a website whereby internet users can earn a bit of cash selecting photos where someone is holding a phone, which would then be passed on to officials to verify, and possibly taking action.
This is called a Mechanical Turk system, where people can do easily that which computers can’t yet do, and Amazon already offer a platform for this, on their website, if the police don’t want to spend too much money.
