Hartpury's latest hunt for sporting talent continues with young prospects invited to an open football trial day on Friday, March, 27.

The junior football programme is ideal for young football players wanting to combine playing top level football in a professional environment with continuing their education. Having won 15 major trophies in the last 11 years, the junior programme is looking to maintain its extremely high standards and you could be a part of that success.

The trials are open to football players looking to apply for an academic course (BTEC Diplomas or A-levels) at Hartpury for the academic year starting in September 2015.

Academy manager, Paul Tassell, said: “We are hoping to find more talented players that want to gain further education qualifications and improve their footballing ability. We have had huge success over the last few years and we want to ensure we continue that by identifying the best potential players to enhance our programmes.

“We have proven talent pathways to identify these players and support them to achieve individual and team successes. If there are players out there with talent and the right character who are ready to work hard, we want them.”

Anyone who thinks they may have what it takes to play at the highest level of college sport should apply by following this link http://www.hartpury.ac.uk/sport/football/college-football/open-trials/ or by visiting the Hartpury website and navigating to the junior football page.
