He posted 67 points in his 875cc Hillman Imp.
Earlier, thirty-three cars took part in eight different classes at the Stroud and District Motor Club event.
Elsewhere, Joshua Moss bagged 84 points at the wheel of his 15400cc Gregory and Mark Linforth finished third overall in his 1598cc Ford Escort with 87 points
