THE former singer of a pop band was jailed for five years yesterday for sexually assaulting two women and raping a teenager.
Paul Saffarizadeh, 24, of Cry Soul, which has since disbanded, had denied committing the sex attacks but had been convicted of the crimes by a jury. Saffarizadeh, 24, of Blackie Street, Glasgow, was sentenced at the High Court in Edinburgh.
