A JULIE Davies eleven will once again lock horns against Forest Green Supporters Club for a shield in her name.
Much-loved Julie, a former office administrator at Forest Green, lost her brave battle with lung cancer at the age of 51 in 2010
Her son Liam and daughter Leanne came up with the idea to raise funds for the Cotswold Care Hospice, a charity who supported Julie during her illness.
More than £1,000 was raised at the event last year.
Each player who participates in the match pays a fee to play and supporters are invited to make a donation to the charity.
The match gets underway at 3pm and will end with the trophy presentation taking place straight after the full-time whistle.
The Green Man will be open after the match for players and visitors alike to enjoy a drink after the game, while the concourse will be open throughout the day for refreshments too.
