ONE of England’s most prominent rugby union players, James Haskell, Wasps & England, has released his first Rugby specific, fitness eBook to coincide with the Rugby World Cup.

Available to download from his online fitness company, James Haskell Health and Fitness, “The Introduction to Becoming and Remaining Rugby Fit” is a must-have resource for anyone wanting to follow in the footsteps of the Wasps captain.

Covering the intense training techniques required to maximize a player’s performance levels, be they male or female. The introductory package includes advice on cardio and resistance training, endurance and nutrition, as well as core rugby skills, sport-specific conditioning and recovery.
