A RAFT of Stroud's Ladies achieved superb results on the roads in recent weeks.
Tina Gomer started the ball rolling, coming home as the first lady at the Newent 9k race in 40 minutes, 46 seconds.
Meanwhile, at the Conwy Half Marathon, Amy Gomer recorded a time of one hour 41 minutes, 47 seconds.
And at the Swindon 10K, Sabrina Pace-Humphries set a new personal best when running 50.28, to take 174th place.
Elsewhere, Alan Pitt clocked 38.15 to take 18th at Swindon, Jo Fifield finished 32nd in 40.02 and Jane Townsend posted 59.07.
