Forest Green striker Jon Parkin has accepted a three-match ban for violent conduct during the Vanarama National League Promotion Final at Wembley on Sunday.
Parkin, 34, committed a bad tackle on Grimsby Town centre-back Josh Gowling.
With referee Robert Jones missing the incident, it was referred to the FA's Judicial Panel, and Parkin will be suspended for the first three matches of the 2016-17 league season.
