Stroud Div Three
Tetbury Res...........1
Cotswold Rangers ................4
COTSWOLD Rangers started life in Division Three with an away win at Tetbury Town Reserves.
They side started the game on top and deservedly took the lead when a Rangers corner was diverted into the back of the net by a Tetbury player.
However, Tetbury netted parity with a wonder strike from 25 yards.
Minutes before half-time, Cotswold regained the lead as Dale Thomas was put through on goal by Adam Mason and calmly slotted home.
Rangers put the game to bed as Ben Macdonald smashed home, volleying in from the edge of the box directly from a corner.
The game was capped-off in style in the closing minutes as Christy Moore burst through the Tetbury defence, riding two tackles, and chipped the keeper from a tight angle.
