Forest Green striker Matt Tubbs has joined fellow National League side Woking on a one-month loan.

The experienced striker is joining the Cards in order to build up match sharpness.

Signed from Portsmouth in the summer, Tubbs has found the net twice so far for FGR in a draw with Sutton and win over York City.

The 32-year-old ex-Bournemouth and Rotherham United attacker is in line to make his debut for Woking this weekend against Eastleigh – whom he ended last season with on loan from Pompey.

Woking currently sit 19th in the table and face six league matches in the month Tubbs will spend with them.
