County League
Stonehouse Town......................... 2
Rockleaze Rangers.........................1
WITH County League action virtually wiped out, Stonehouse closed the gap at the top of the table to a point.
Town took the lead on 10 minutes as Tim Williams burst through.
Just before the break Williams had another great opportunity to increase the lead, and two minutes into the second-half Ben Jones put Ryan Stewart clear, but the chance went begging.
Stonehouse increased their lead when Liam Gale’s cross was headed home by Lee Keveren.
Rangers pulled a goal back from a stunning 40-yard free-kick that was met by Fitzpatrick who planted his header beyond Will Pedrick.
