Stonehouse Town 5 Lebeq United 1

Stonehouse Town are six points clear at the top after a five-star display at home to Lebeq United.

Liam Gale put the home side in front from the penalty spot early on before Tim Williams made it two.

The game was held up for 15 minutes when the referee sustained an injury and could not continue.

Williams bagged his second and Stonehouse's third from a Ben Jones through ball.

Stonehouse were awarded a second penalty in the 67th-minute and Gale netted his second from the spot. Lebeq was almost gifted a goal when Dan Stevens' header was brilliantly saved by keeper Will Pedrick. Ryan Stewart grabbed a fifth with five minutes to go.

Elan Plummer netted a late consolation for the away side.

Stonehouse welcome Frampton United on Saturday, 3pm.
