GOALKEEPER Rhys Lovett was named Shortwood United's supporters' player of the year at the club's end of season awards.
Lovett joined the Nailsworth outfit on a season-long loan from Cheltenham Town, but return to the League Two outfit at the back end of the season.
Meanwhile, Nick Humphreys bagged the players' and manager's award, while Will Morford won the Paul Benneyworth goal of the season for his worldie against Tiverton Town at home.
Striker Tom Blackah was voted supporters' player of the year for the reserve team, with Tom Palmer the manager's choice and Ryan Meredith winning the players' vote.
Goalkeeper Lloyd Price took the award for most improved player for the reserves, who ended ninth of 16 teams in Division One West of the Hellenic League.
Meanwhile, Shortwood will welcome Forest Green Rovers to Meadowbank on July 14.
