FOREST GREEN Ladies were knocked out of the FA Cup by Larkhall Athletic at Thornhill Park.
Larkhall nosed ahead on 11 minutes. As the game settled down, the experience and maturity of the South West Premier Division One team started to show though and on the 22nd minute it was 2-0 to Larkhall.
As the match progressed, play was stopped due to a clash of heads and a misunderstanding on the drop ball restart saw the Larkhall number nine in on goal to make it 3-0 in the 40th minute.
As the second half started with renewed vigour by FGR a solid 45 minutes of consolidation saw Rovers assert some competitiveness to their play.
