Division One

FOREST Green A inflicted an 8-2 victory over local rivals Phoenix A moving the visitors to the top of the table with the help of a maximum from Dave Harvey.

Frampton A also had a comfortable 8-2 victory when they entertained Thornbury A, Abu scored a max for the home side and moved them up to second place.

Woodchester A inflicted a whitewash on the visiting Frampton B with Dave Lloyd, James Ashton and Mark Farrow all undefeated.

It was a closer match between Phoenix B and the visiting Yate, the visitors leaving with a 6-4 victory but it was the home team’s Liwu Wei who was the man of the match with a maximum.

Division Two

Frampton C remain at the top of the table after leaving Thornbury B with a 6-4 victory, a David Metcalfe maximum gave him the man of the match performance.

Randwick A are in joint first after winning all their singles matches in a 9-1 victory over the visiting Woodchester C, George Evans, Tirian Jakes and Declan Fardon were the unbeaten trio.

Forest Green B convincingly beat the visiting Cam A 8-2 after Craig Smart and John Pobjoy scored maximums.

A Chris Varley max made the difference in a close fought draw against the visiting Phoenix C.

Steve Greening scored a max for the visiting Whiteshill A which enabled them to leave from Phoenix D with a 6-4 victory.

Division Three

It finished all square between Randwick D and Randwick C, the C team are at the top of the table but it was the D team’s William Snell who was man of the match with a maximum.

Thornbury C are in second place after leaving Forest Green C with nine points thanks to maximums from Craig Skeldon and Graham Eden.

No one player could dominate when Woodchester D lost 4-6 at home to Nailsworth A.

Randwick B and Phoenix E shared the spoils at five apiece, again, no one player could dominate at Randwick.

In a match that went on until 11-20 at Tuffley, Whiteshill C edged the score 6-4 by winning the doubles.

Division Four

Cam B defeated their closest rivals, Phoenix G, 8-2 to increase their lead at the top of the division thanks to a maximum from Joe Collins.

Forest Green D came away from Thornbury D with a 9-1 victory thanks to top scores from Fritz Curzon and Richard Wright. Nailsworth C lost 4-6 at home to local rivals Phoenix I, no player from either side was able to get on top.

Ben Harris scored a max for Frampton D which helped the home side to an 8-2 victory over Cam & Dursley C.

Fred Donald was unbeaten for Phoenix H which helped his side to a 6-4 win over the visiting two players from Nailsworth B.
