Another heavy defeat for Shortwood
Shortwood United are out of the GFA Challenge Trophy after they were beaten 9-0 away at Cribbs FC.
Wood were 5-0 down at half time thanks to a George Kellow hat-trick and a Charlie Aldom brace.
Ben Dowdell scored a second half hat-trick and Sam Iles also got on the scoresheet to pile even more misery onto Shortwood who have now lost 11 straight games this season.
Ironically, Wood's next opponents will again be Cribbs. This time at the Meadowbank Ground in the FA Vase.
