Mark Cooper felt a draw was the least Forest green deserved at MK Dons.

Reuben Reid equalised from the penalty spot after Rovers fell behind to a Chuks Aneke strike in the first half.

Here are the key points from his post-match interview.

On the result..

"I think that's the least we deserved from our performance. We controlled the game against the most functional team in this league this year, they've got so many players who make the right decision and they're a tough nut to crack.

"When we have that much control we have to win the game. We give them the goal and we have to cut out these individual errors but the performance was outstanding and if we had a bit of calmess at the end we would have nicked it and won the game but we've come against the biggest club in the league and got a result."

On the penalty...

"Maybe people were listening! I wanted another one when Paul Digby tackled Reuben Reid, I didn't know it had to be an MK player."

On Mills' heroic late block...

"That's what we need. We need to have that in both boxes. You can play all the lovely football but manager's will say it's both penalty areas where you win and lose games. We're not conceding a lot but silly ones and we should have scored more than one today."
