CHELTENHAM TOWN FC’s Advanced Development Centre which is run through Elite Development, is holding open trials for the 2009/2010 season at all age groups from Under 7s - Under 16s. at REDNOCK SCHOOL, Rednock Drive, Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 4BX.
Trials are to take place between 6pm and 10pm on the 3G Rubber Crumb on Thursday, November 26 and Thursday, December 3 The Advanced Development Centre emulates a professional club's youth department by giving players the opportunity to receive professional coaching and to play in a games programme against players from other professional clubs. The Advanced Development Centre will play the Centre of Excellence at Cheltenham, plus other Centres of Excellences and Development Centres including; Bristol Rovers, Cardiff City, West Bromwich Albion, Torquay United, Plymouth Argyle, Wycombe Wanderers, Wolves.
This ensures the boys are playing at the highest standard possible without affecting any of their local club commitments.

Coaching positions would suit applicants who are able and proven to work with youth players that are of an advanced level of ability.
Successful applicants will hold a minimum of a Level 2 FA Coaching Badge, ideally have a Level 3 Coaching Badge, or be working towards this qualification. Experience is essential, along with current Child Protection, CRB and First Aid Qualification. Competitive Rate of Pay to be offered.
The Centre is also looking to recruit a Goalkeeping Coach to work at the Centre - rates of pay for this position dependant on qualification and experience.
