Severn Valley Ringcraft held their annual dog show in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People on Sunday, July 1. The show was a great success. The weather was fine and dry and drew excellent attendance. There were three obedience classes, adult and child handling classes and pedigree and novelty classes. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People made the show one of its 30th anniversary events and attended in force with a real hearing dog and a dual hearing and blind assistance dog. Organisers thanked everyone who supported the show. .

Stonehouse Gardening Club - the garden visit due to take place this evening Wednesday, July 4 has been cancelled due to the unseasonal weather. Stonehouse Health Walks take place every Tuesday morning. Meet at the Community Centre to start walking at 10.15am. Walks last up to one hour and this is an excellent way to keep fit and make new friends.

Stonehouse Horticulture Show 2012. This very popular event will be held on Saturday, July 28 in Stonehouse Community Centre and the show opens to the public at 1pm.
