OAKRIDGE artist John Bailey is exhibiting a selection of paintings, plus stoneware and terracotta pieces, at the Sub Rooms until Saturday.
Essentially self taught, John Bailey has been influenced by people like Fletcher Watson, Trevor Waugh, John Christian, Barry Herniman and Jane Lampard. John loves the immediacy of painting outdoors and does most of his painting “en plein air”, on the spot. The exhibition is taking place in the
Tourist Information Centre.
