David John COOK 'Dave' Of Nailsworth. Sadly passed away on 26th March 2019 at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, aged 73 years. Loving Husband of Jenny, dearly loved Dad of Jonathan and Louise and cherished Grampsy of Alexander. Funeral Ceremony at Westerleigh Crematorium (Waterside Chapel) BS37 8RF on Wednesday 10th April at 2.00pm.
