Joyce Margaret Osborn (Baily) 1923 2019. Passed away quietly on 11th June 2019 in Steppes care home in Nailsworth at age 96; previously in her beloved "Pontresina" home on Rodborough Common. Daughter of Fanny and Clifford Baily, sister to Gordon Baily. Beloved wife of Peter Digby Osborn until his passing in 1996. Loving companion to Basil Coates for the past 15 years. Joyce leaves behind her son Michael in Ontario Canada, her grandsons Quentin in Sydney Australia and Trevor in Vancouver Canada. Remembered fondly by nieces Francesca Heffernan and Gillian Graham. This sometime feisty lady and war survivor, enjoyed tennis, ballroom dancing, ice skating, parties, travel on QE2 and her garden. She will be sorely missed by friends and family.
