PATRICIA MAY LEWIS Died peacefully at home on 19th June 2020. She was a much loved mother and grandmother and will greatly missed by her sons Mike and Ian, daughter-in-law Di and grandchildren Peter, Reuben and Sam. The family would like to thank all the staff at Minchinhampton surgery and the team from New Hope Specialist Care for their dedicated care.

So sad to hear of your loss of Pat and we send deepest sympathy to all the family, I have known Pat for many years at church, in the Stuart Singers and the Box Art Group. May she rest in peace.
