MARJORIE PHELPS M.B.E. Of Stroud Died on 20th October 2020 aged 93 years. A former teacher, Marjorie helped set up and run the Marah Trust, serving the homeless and marginalised of Stroud. There will be a private funeral at the John Street Baptist Church.
