TANNER Jonathan Allen Passed away peacefully at Lyndian Court, Stonehouse on Friday 2nd July 2021, aged 70 years. Jon will be very sadly missed by all who loved him including his sister, Hilary and her family and all his devoted carers within the Home Farm Trust. There will be a celebration of Jon's life at Westerleigh Crematorium, Willow Chapel on Wednesday 28th July 2021 at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
