PLEASE NOTE: Following publication of a previous public notice, our attention has been drawn to a technical error contained within it. Therefore, it has been necessary to issue this corrective Notice to rectify the problem. NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make a Variation under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by revoking and introducing the proposed restrictions described in the Schedule below along Castle Street Cirencester, Gloucestershire

The length of road falls within Cirencester Town which is within the Cotswold District of the County of Gloucestershire. The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled persons vehicles. A copy of the Gloucestershire County Council On-Street Parking Order 2017, the draft Order and consultation Plan and the tile to be revoked together with a copy of the Statement of Reasons, may be inspected during normal opening hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Map Room Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TG, Cirencester Library, the Waterloo, Cirencester GL7 2PZ, Cirencester Town Council, Bingham House, 1 Dyer Street, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 2PP, or can be viewed at
