RIVERSIDE AVENUE TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT: Road closed to all motorised vehicles (except authorised vehicles) WHERE: Riverside Avenue from the entrance to the retirement home to the A338 footbridge WHY: Highway improvement works by BCP Council
WHEN: From 26th May 2020 until 25th May 2021
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will
be maintained and the road will remain open
to pedestrians and cyclists.

These arrangements may be amended/extended
should works overrun or weather conditions
delay operations. Restrictions may be in
effect under this Order for up to 18 months,
and could be further extended with the
approval of the Secretary of State.
