NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1000, SECTION 257
STROUD DISTRICT COUNCIL THE STROUD DISTRICT POBLIC EASTINGTON FOOTPATH 13 STOPPING UP ORDER 2020
On the 24th December 2020 Stroud District Council confirmed the Order.
The effect of the Order will be to stop up the public footpath Eastington 13 situated between A (OS Grid Reference SO 79416 06706) and B (OS Grid Reference SO 79349 06493) which measures approximately 223 metres long and an unknown width shown on the Order plan.

This Order was confirmed on the 24th December 2020 but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) 1990, or on the ground that any requirement of the TCPA 1990 has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, they may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the TCPA 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the TCPA 1990.
