Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Moto Hospitality Ltd in respect of Premises known as Moto Leigh Delamere Westbound, West Bound, M4 Motorway, Chippenham, SN14 6LB applied to Wiltshire Council for aVariation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: to add the sale

of alcohol off the premises Monday

to Sunday 0700 to 2300 in the forecourt shop; all other hours and activities to remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-

mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing

Officer, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER no later than 21st December 2016 stat-

ing the grounds for representation.

The register ofWiltshire Council and the record of the application may be

inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal

business hours or on the council's

website - www.wiltshire.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or

recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited

fine on conviction should such a false

statement be made.
