NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Jonathan Peter Riley who died on the 20th December 2015 are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to Mr Nicholas Riley of 25 High St Sherston Wiltshire SN16 OLH, the proposed administrator of the estate, by the 31st March 2016 after which date the proposed administrator will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice.
