For planning permission to: Full planning application for reconfiguration of and external alterations to existing mall, car park and cinema, including new entrance feature and access arrangements, plus extension and demolition works. Subdivision of bowling alley and change of use to incorporate restaurant (use class A3). Removal of glazed canopy to car park. Associated works.
