NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE MINCHINHAMPTON NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN PROPOSAL UNDER REGULATION 16 OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2012 (AS AMENDED) AND THE LOCALISM ACT 2011.
Minchinhampton Parish Council, as the qualifying body, has prepared a neighbourhood development plan with the help of the local community. The plan provides a vision for the future of Minchinhampton and sets out land use policies which will be used to determine planning applications in the neighbourhood plan area.

The period for making representations runs from 9th January 2019 to 20th February 2019.
Any representations may include a request to be notified regarding Stroud District Council's decision under regulation 19 to "make" the submitted Neighbourhood Plan partofthe developmentplan for the Stroud district.
