Tucked away in a quiet and private location in the centre of Old Bussage stands this beautifully appointed four bedroom Cotswold cottage offering a wealth of character and charm.

The front porch opens into an entrance hall off which are utility and shower rooms. The hall then leads into the dining room which is of a good size, looks out into the back garden and has the benefit of a character stone fireplace. The dining room opens in the kitchen, which has ample storage, integral appliances and plenty of space for a table. A walk-in pantry lies beyond the kitchen, providing direct access to the garage.

Found at the opposite end of the dining room is the sitting room which also has views over the back garden and a beautiful feature stone fireplace with a particularly large wood burner. The sitting room leads to a playroom which could easily be used as a home office or snug.

Upstairs the spacious landing is ideal for a study area. There are four bedrooms, three with fitted wardrobes. The deep window ledges are an added feature. The family bathroom benefits from a larger than average bath.

Off the kitchen a glazed porch gives access to the back garden. This is south facing and enclosed, mainly by dry stone walls. The garden is beautifully maintained with an array of shrubs and perennials providing colour throughout the seasons. Also noteworthy are the boules pitch and good sized pond. The spacious pergola is covered with roses in summer.

To the front of the cottage there is access to the single garage whilst plenty of road parking is available. The paved and shingled front garden contains numerous shrubs.
