THE Capriol Chamber Orchestra is to give a concert at Holy Trinity Church in Stroud on Saturday at 7.30pm.

Conducted by Jonathan Trim and led by Cathy Hill, the ensemble will be performing Mozart's Don Giovanni Overture, Beethoven's 3rd Piano Concerto and Mozart's Symphony no. 40 in G Minor.

International soloist James Brawn will join the orchestra for the performance of Beethoven’s 3rd piano concerto.

James is well known for his interpretations of Beethoven - “Here at last is the true heir to John Lill and Stephen Kovacevich” – (Professor Malcolm Troup, Chairman of the Beethoven Piano Society of Europe, 2013).

Tickets are available in advance £10/£8 from orchestra members or the Tourist Information Office in the Subscription Rooms, or £11/£9 on the door. Children under 16 free.
