IT IS that wonderful time of year again, when the skies over the Cotswolds become a riot of colour and residents wrap up warm against the autumn chill to enjoy firework displays across the region.

Cirencester

Cirencester Roundtable Display on Saturday, November 3 at Victoria Playing Fields, Cirencester. Gates open 5pm. Firelighting 6pm. Fireworks 7pm. Adults: £7 (in advance) £8 (on the gate) Child (16 and under), Student & OAPs: £4 (in advance) £5 (on the gate).Family – two adults, two children: £17 (in advance) £20 (on the gate). Under 5′s Free.

Advance tickets from Tourist Information Office, Walter Bull,Moore Allen & Innocent,Londis, South Cerney and Chesterton Pharmacy. The annual Cirencester fireworks display is Cirencester Round Table’s largest fundraising event.

Northleach

Far Peak Bonfire and Fireworks night on Friday, November 2 at Far Peak, The Hayloft, Northleach, GL54 3AP. Gates open at 5.30pm. Bonfire will be lit around 7pm. Tickets online tockify.com/farpeakcalendar/detail/48/1541181600000. Adults £5 (over 16s) and children £3 (age 3-15). Gate prices will be £7 and £5.

Tetbury

Fireworks Display on Saturday, November 3 at Sir William Romney’s School, Lowfield Rd, Tetbury GL8 8AE. Gates will open at 6pm, Bonfire will be lit shortly after. Fireworks at 7pm. Organised by the Rotary Club of the South Cotswolds.

Ashton Keynes

Ashton Keynes Firework Night on Saturday, November 10 at Bradstone Playing Field, Rixon Gate, Ashton Keynes, SN6 6QW. Gates open 4.30pm, fireworks at 6.30pm. Advance tickets: Adult £6 (on the day £8), child £4 (3-16yrs) (on the day £6), family £17 (on the day £20) from Ashton Keynes Primary School, CBSlade property Group and The Village Shop.

Malmesbury

Fireworks and bonfire on Saturday, November 3 at St Aldhelm’s Mead. Adult tickets £5. Children £2. Family £12.Bonfire lit at 6.15pm. Fireworks at 7pm.

Quenington

Quenington Bulldogs’ Fireworks Night on Monday, November 5. Godwin’s Field, Quenington. Gates open 6.15pm. Fire lighting at 6.45pm. Supported by Godwin. Entry is by donation to local causes. Sorry no sparklers.

Stratton

Firework Display on Saturday, November 3 at Stratton Primary School. Gates open at 5.30pm, display starts at 6.15pm. Prices are adult £4, child £3 and family of 4 £13. Preschool children free. Refreshments will be served and hot dogs will be available.Tickets available from Stratton School Office and Stratton Stores.

Stow on the Wold

Stow on the Wold Bonfire and Fireworks on Friday, November 2 at ​QE2 Field (Cricket Ground), Lower Swell Road. Lighting the fire 6.15pm. Pig roast, bar, candyfloss, children’s rides and more. Free entry. Free parking in town.

Kemble

Kemble Primary School bonfire and fireworks on the school field, School Road, Kemble, Cirencester GL7 6AG on Saturday, November 3. Marquee, barbecue and bar. Gates open at 5pm with display at 6.30pm. Advance tickets (cheaper) from the school office or on the gate on the night.

Fairford

Fairford Fireworks on Saturday, November 3 at Fairford Park. Gates open 5pm. Bonfire 5.30pm. Fireworks 6pm. Tickets adults £5, children £4, family ticket (in advance only) £15 two adults and three children. Tickets available from The Coffee Post, Fairford Primary School, 7A and Lynwoods. Refreshments available supplied by Fairford Rugby Club. No sparklers please.
