PCSO Brian Stagg

Brian has been working as a PCSO for Gloucestershire Constabulary, for over 10 years now.

In that  time, he has worked in Neighbourhood Policing, in the North Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Cirencester, and my current role is in the Stroud area.

I really enjoy and love meeting people, when I am out and about in the  community.

In his spare time, his hobbies are Golf, going for long walks in the Cotswolds, with his little dog Holly and Catch up TV.

PCSO Tanya White

PCSO Tanya White has been working for the Constabulary for nearly 12 years, during that time she has been based at Stroud.  She started as the local officer for Cashes Green and Rodborough before moving to Minchinhampton 8 years ago.

Tanya enjoys having the diversity of a Rural Patch and a typical day can range from rounding up run away piglets to dealing with complicated and emotional neighbour disputes.

Tanya has recently begun working with the Police Cadets and is looking forward to taking them out into her area and engaging with the community of Minchinhampton.

PCSO Debbie Collicott

PCSO Debbie Collicott, has been in the role for the past 13 years and still loves it! She classes herself as very lucky, as she covers some really beautiful rural areas of our patch.

She says a typical day is hard to describe as you never really know what you’re going to come into.

Having said that, they generally include visiting Community contacts, and providing a high visibility Community presence. Also assisting at road traffic accidents, and carrying out school talks. She has personally also had to rescue a variety of wild animals and assisted in numerous searches for missing vulnerable people.

One of her favourite areas of working is as a Rural & Environmental Crime Liaison Officer, which has enabled her to be involved in a several unusual incidents involving bats, badgers, swans and on one occasion, dormice.

In addition to the day to day role she is also the Union Health and Safety Officer and a Mental Health First Aider, providing support to other staff members, so she keeps pretty busy.

On a personal level, she loves spending time with family, travelling and scuba diving. The latter of which she took up only 6 years ago so it just goes to show you’re never too old to learn something new!

If you have any Police related issues you need help or advice with, please do not hesitate to email her on Debbie.collicott@gloucestershire.pnn.police.uk
