CRICKET legend and accomplished artist Jack Russell signed copies of his new book at Stroud Bookshop on Saturday.
The ex-England and Gloucestershire wicket-keeper, who attended Archway School, has just published his autobiography, The Art of Jack Russell – A Personal Journey Through 18 Counties.
In the book, Stroud’s favourite sporting son recalls his life and career in cricket and speaks about his love of art and painting.
Published by JR Marketing, the book also gives a fascinating insight into the world of cricket and its characters and features numerous examples of Jack’s majestic artwork.
