A CAR fire in Stroud has been confirmed as accidental.
Fire crews were called to tackle the blaze at 11.15am yesterday, Sunday, in the Uplands area of Stroud.
One fire appliance from the Stroud fire station was mobilised to the incident with a total crew of four firefighters.
They used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. The car was only slightly damaged as a result of the fire and no persons were hurt.
The cause of the fire was confirmed as accidental and not suspicious.
