POLICE are appealing to find revellers who walked over a man who had suffered a fractured skull and bleeding to the brain.

A 34-year-old man was found with serious head injuries including a fractured skull and bleeding to the brain.

CCTV footage shows the man falling through the fire escape door and hitting his head in the incident at The Greyhound pub at 10.50pm on Saturday, December 3.

He was immediately followed by a number of others who walked straight over the man and past him.

The man was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. He has now been discharged and is continuing to recover.

A police spokesman said: "While we have continued to speak to people who were in the pub on the night we haven’t identified the people who walked over the man.

"The incident is being treated as a possible assault but we haven’t yet established the precise detail of what happened which is why we’re appealing."
