AFTER a frosty start, it will be a fine but cold day with light winds and plenty of winter sunshine.
Further west it will be cloudier and less cold.
Turning frosty again in the east this evening under clear skies, with a few fog patches forming in places.
Remaining cloudier in the west, but staying less cold.
