CHILDREN at Leonard Stanley Primary School were given the opportunity to become pop stars all last week.
With the help of the iSingPop team the children leaned specially written songs based on Christian values.
The project culminated in the whole school recording a CD of their songs and performing two concerts at St Swithun’s Church in Leonard Stanley.
Children at the school were required to learn seven songs and seven dance routines between them before performing in front of a packed audience.
They all did fantastically well and thoroughly enjoyed their time learning the songs and dance routines.
iSingPOP is a primary school singing and recording project that brings together school, church and community by using the entire school to produce its very own pop album.
