A TEENAGER who rode his moped in Stroud while under the influence of alcohol on Christmas Day has been banned from the roads.
Thomas Tarling, 18, of London Road, Thrupp, Stroud admitted drink-driving when he appeared before Cheltenham magistrates on January 16.
He rode his Vespa-Piaggio along Rowcroft when he was stopped by police on December 25.
Tarling had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
