HEAVY traffic has formed on the M48 and M4 eastbound, after J21, following an earlier crash
A gantry was severely damaged in the crash and traffic is being diverted via A403 to Avonmouth, M4 traffic from J22 via M49 and M5 north to Almondsbury.
There is congestion on the M4 until J23a at Magor Services but all lanes have now reopened.
