A GIANT bonfire and an extravagant display of fireworks will come to Chalford this November in what will be a spectacular evening.

The professional display will incorporate hot drinks, candy floss, toffee apples and a delicious BBQ at the France Lynch Pleasure Ground.

This year, the event is organised by the PTA at Chalford Hill Primary School who will be fundraising to replace the IT equipment used by children at the school.

Visitors can enter the event through Burcombe Way - drivers are asked to park safely on the highway avoiding Brantwood Road and Burcombe Way.

Firework fans can support the fundraiser by purchasing fibre optic sparklers inside the site, although it is advised not to buy from unlicensed street traders who have operated near the event in the past.

Doors will open at 4.30pm while the bonfire is lit at 5.00pm and fireworks are from 5.45pm on Sunday, November 4.

There are a limited number of family tickets available for £10 as well as single tickets for £3.

Prospective visitors can purchase tickets from ticketsource.co.uk/boxoffice
