ON OCTOBER 12, Perry Bishop and Chambers’ Managing Director, Phillip Bishop, was invited to attend the prestigious Best Estate Guide Awards in London – a national awards ceremony sponsored by the Property Academy and Rightmove, which shines a light on the very best agents in the industry.
Only five per cent of the UK’s 25,000 estate agents are shortlisted and then only the top two per cent go on to receive an award.
Philip Bishop was delighted to collect the Finalist award from Gaby Logan for sales in the South West.
A week later Perry Bishop and Chambers was showered with more awards by allAgents.co.uk, the tripadvisor for the property industry.
For an incredible fifth year in a row Perry Bishop and Chambers’ Cirencester, Cheltenham, Faringdon, Nailsworth and Tetbury branches were each named Best Estate Agent in their respective towns.
The company’s Stroud branch, which has only been opened a year, also struck gold – named Best Estate Agent in Stroud.
These awards are based on the number of five-star customer reviews received throughout the year.
“A tremendous achievement for Perry Bishop and Chambers, who have been helping people on the move across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire for almost 20 years,” said Phillip Bishop.
“We put our customers at the heart of everything we do – these awards recognise all the hard work and tenacity of each and every member of our team.”
Perry Bishop and Chambers are just entering their busiest period – they sell more homes in the autumn than at any other time of the year.
