Stroud Book Festival took place last week and one event saw two giants in children's illustration commemorate 100 years since the end of World War One.
Michael Foreman's 'Stubby' tells the true story of Sergeant Stubby, a dog who served bravely in the First World War, and Tony Ross's 'An Anty-War Story' follows an ant called Douglas who discovers that there is no glory in war.
