Burglars broke into a house in Stroud and stole a man's wallet while the victim was at home, prompting police to launch an appeal.
Thieves targeted the property in Old Bisley Road, making off with the wallet which contained cash and bank cards.
Worryingly, the theft took place while the victim was at home, which has prompted the police to appeal for witnesses.
The break-in took place at just after 6pm last Friday, December 14, and police would like to hear from anyone in the area at the time, or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity.
Anyone who may be able to help police with their enquiries should call 101 with incident 373 of 14 December
