Cheltenham Magistrates Court
A MAN from Dursley is to be tried by jury for an assault in Stroud.
Kaine Emery, 22, of Frederick Thomas Road, faces a charge of unlawfully and maliciously wounding a man in Stroud on March 30 last year.
At a hearing at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 3, the court directed that Emery should be tried by jury at Gloucester Crown Court on January 31.
