Corrugated metal, guttering and half a pack of Oreos have been dumped near Bisley.
The large fly-tip was reported to Stroud District Council today at Througham - near Bisley and Camp.
Despite a thorough search, the council's wardens have found no evidence of the culprit.
The council receives around 900 to 1000 reports of fly-tipping every year and last year made two successful prosecutions in court.
