THE unhinged Britain we now inhabit was encapsulated by a brilliant cartoon I saw recently, writes Anthony Hentschel.
A child and his granddad are fishing.
The child asks, "Granddad, why is the government not letting the people see their secret Brexit reports?"
The old man replies, "Because the people might then change their minds, and that would be against the will of the people."
